All orders start within 24 hours and should be delivered in up to 30 days.
Please ensure the following criteria are met before placing an order to secure a successful delivery.

You have typed in the correct TikTok username.
You have not changed your username before the order’s completion.
The account or post, still exists and has not been deleted.
The video follows TikTok’s guidelines and has not been restricted or removed.
Allow 24 hours for completion of order delivery.

I did not receive my order, what do I do now?
Occasionally TikTok will delete accounts. This causes follower counts to drop all across TikTok. Sometimes it impacts our customers, sometimes it doesn't. If you experience drops within first 30 days of your purchase, we will happily refill your followers in accordance with our free refill policy.
Why are my followers decreasing
If you are not completely satisfied with your order within the first 30 days of purchase, simply notify us and we will refund you.
Refunds will generally take 2-3 business days to process, depending on your bank’s delay times.
